Eoin Clarke & Co Solicitors

Eoin founded the firm in 2016 having qualified initially in a provincial general practice with a particular emphasis on conveyancing and personal injury claims. He then began working in-house in a number of commercial legal roles with a particular emphasis on commercial contracting. Eoin primarily looks after commercial matters within the firm including transactional business matters. He is also a certified data protection practitioner.

Gemma joined the firm in 2017 having previously accumulated over ten years experience of practising as a solicitor in the Mullingar area. Gemma has worked in both general practice and commercial in-house environments and became a partner in the firm in 2024. She brings a wealth of experience assisting clients in all manner of property, probate and private client matters.

Paula is a Legal Executive with 25 years experience and joined our firm in April 2018. Paula has a wealth of conveyancing a family law experience and deals with all clients with professionalism and empathy. Paula is an MII Accredited Mediator – she completed the Law Society Diploma in Civil and Commercial Mediation together with Family Law (Separating Couples) training and she also completed in Diploma in Family Law with the Law Society in 2024. Paula is an active volunteer in the GAA and LGFA. She is the Westmeath LGFA County Secretary and Chairperson of Castledaly GAA.

Shane joined our firm in 2022 as a legal assistant and is currently a trainee solicitor, having successfully completed all eight Law Society of Ireland FE1 entrance exams. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Law from TUS and he is currently enrolled in the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Course, the final stage before qualification as a solicitor. As part of a general practice firm, Shane is gaining well-rounded experience across a broad range of legal areas. Outside of work, he serves as the Vice Chairman of Mullingar Celtic Football Club, a club which he helped co-found in 2020.
